Parzer received her mag.med.vet. from the University of Veterinary Medicine of Vienna in Vienna, Austria, in November 2006. She conducted clinical rotations at the Private Equine Hospital in Tillysburg, Austria; the University of Pennsylvania’s New Bolton Center in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in Ithaca, New York; and Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
