Counseling sessions at the University of Maryland for application to the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine will be conducted on:

Sessions comprise an introduction to the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, a review of the application requirements and process, and a discussion of what it takes to be a highly qualified applicant. There is an opportunity for one-on-one counseling at the end of each session.

The sessions will be held in the conference room of the Avrum Gudelsky Veterinary Center, 8075 Greenmead Dr., on the University of Maryland campus. For directions, please click here.
The counseling sessions, lasting approximately two-hours, cover topics such as: prerequisite
requirements; how to be competitive in the application process; how your application is evaluated;
curriculum; tracking; and a tour of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
These sessions are offered by appointment only and you must call 540/231-4699 to reserve a space at one of the following dates and times (all are on Friday).
All sessions listed will be held in the Heritage Room, Phase II, near the main reception area.
